Warranty Coverage

AIM guarantees to the original purchaser that plants purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for their lifetime, under the following conditions:

- The owner maintains ownership of the property.

- AIM performs regular landscape maintenance and provides an irrigation package.

Eligibility

‍ This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is contingent upon the owner retaining ownership of the property and AIM providing regular landscape maintenance and an irrigation package.

Proper Care Requirements

To qualify for warranty coverage, the purchaser must adhere to proper care instructions provided at the time of purchase.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or death of plants due to neglect, improper care, environmental conditions beyond AIM's control, plants that have been altered or replanted inconsistently with care instructions, normal wear and tear, natural aging, or plants not used in hardiness zone 7a.

Limitation of Liability

AIM's liability is limited to plant replacement. AIM shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or failures under Acts of God, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, government actions, pandemics, or any other event beyond reasonable control.

By ensuring that the owner retains property ownership and AIM provides ongoing maintenance services, the warranty remains valid, offering assurance to the original purchaser.
